Delete Your RTW Progress Account

Request permanent deletion of your account and data

Before you delete your account:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your progress data will be lost
  • Your videos and profile will be removed
  • You will lose access to any purchased content

Fastest: delete from inside the app

  1. Open RTW Progress and go to the Profile tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm
  3. Your account, progress, comments and profile photo are deleted immediately and you are signed out. Your videos disappear from the app and your public profile at once, are kept privately for 6 months (with your name and e-mail address, so they can be matched to you) in case they are needed for a safety or legal matter, and are then deleted automatically. This cannot be undone.

  1. Submit Request: Fill out the form below to generate an email request
  2. Email Confirmation: Send the pre-filled email from your registered account
  3. Processing: We'll process your request within 48 hours
  4. Confirmation: You'll receive an email when deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

  • • Your account and login credentials
  • • Personal profile information
  • • Progress and achievement data
  • • Profile photo
  • • Comments and social interactions
  • • App preferences and settings

Retained for Legal Compliance

  • • Trick videos and thumbnails, with your name and e-mail address, kept privately (6 months, then deleted automatically)
  • • Transaction records (7 years)
  • • Safety incident reports (if any)
  • • Legal compliance records
  • • Anonymized analytics data
