Request permanent deletion of your account and data

Before you delete your account:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your progress data will be lost
  • Your videos and profile will be removed
  • You will lose access to any purchased content

How Account Deletion Works

  1. Submit Request: Fill out the form below to generate an email request
  2. Email Confirmation: Send the pre-filled email from your registered account
  3. Processing: We'll process your request within 48 hours
  4. Confirmation: You'll receive an email when deletion is complete

  • • Progress and achievement data
  • • Uploaded videos and photos
  • • Comments and social interactions
  • • App preferences and settings

Retained for Legal Compliance

  • • Transaction records (7 years)
  • • Safety incident reports (if any)
  • • Legal compliance records
  • • Anonymized analytics data
