Navigate to the trick you want to complete, tap "Record Video", and follow the on-screen instructions. You can use your front or rear camera. Videos are limited to 200MB.
Videos are typically reviewed by your coach within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when your submission has been approved or if feedback is provided.
Videos may be rejected if the trick is not clearly visible, the video quality is too low, or the trick does not meet the required standard. Your coach will provide specific feedback with the rejection so you know what to improve.
Go to your Profile tab and tap the share button. You can share your public profile link with friends and family via any messaging app or social media.
Once a video has been submitted for review, it cannot be deleted by the user. Contact your coach or our support team if you need a submission removed.
RTW Progress works on iPhone (iOS 13.4 or later) and Android (Android 5.0 Lollipop or later). For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest OS version.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
You can request account deletion from the app by going to Profile > Settings, or by visiting progress.runthewall.au/delete-account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data including progress and videos.
